Jacks.nl has been named Online Casino of the Year. The Dutch gambling site shined at a spectacular awards night in Amsterdam, winning four out of nine prizes in the Online Casino of the Year election. In addition to Jacks.nl, Unibet, Kansino, tombola, GGPoker and Holland Casino Online also took home prizes in the election in which nearly 7,000 Dutch gamblers casted their vote.
Jacks.nl, formerly known as Jack’s Casino & Sports, was named the Online Casino of the Year by a combination of public votes and a professional jury. The online casino not only won the most prestigious award, but also took home the awards for Best Customer Service, Best Live Casino, and Best Mobile Online Casino 2023. Jacks.nl, the online casino of the JVH Gaming & Entertainment based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch and also known for the Jack’s Casinos, received its license from the Dutch regulator in November 2021 and has since won over the gambling public in the Netherlands.

The ballot boxes of the Online Casino of the Year election opened on May 17 and closed on July 1, 2023. A total of 6,876 people cast their votes in nine categories in the Trustly-sponsored election. Half of the public’s votes counted toward the final verdict. The other half came from an experienced professional jury consisting of experts from the Dutch gaming industry. Well-known gaming experts such as Gaming in Holland organizer Willem van Oort, Bonusfinder.com founder Fintan Costello, and TV producer Jurriaan Hillen contributed to the judgment for this first edition of the election.
